 Overlooking river and the sea, Carleton Village is a
luxury resort of four and five star self catering accommodation and sports and leisure facilities.
The Villas, Cottages and Apartments that make up the resort are set amongst landscaped gardens on a
hillside overlooking the resort of Youghal, the majestic and undeveloped river Blackwater and the Atlantic .
Guests have a choice of: 2, 3 and 4 bedroom villas and 3 bedroom cottages. They sleep from 2 to 8 persons
and each one is fully furnished to 4 Star Hotel standard with contemporary design and Junkers wooden flooring. They come equipped
with satellite TV (15 channels) and Hi-fi system. All master bedrooms are ensuite, the main bathroom has a Jacuzzi*. Kitchens are modern and fully fitted with dishwasher, oven,
hob and microwave. All villas have patios and barbecue area. We provide bed linen, towels and a welcome pack on arrival. Laundry facilities are available in Carleton Wharf - only 5 minutes drive.

beside Carleton Village; Fota Island GC - venue for the 2001-2002 Irish Open; The Old Head of Kinsale GC, Ireland's Pebble Beach and described as 'the most spectacular golf

Carleton Village is located immediately adjacent to Youghal 18 Hole GC. The course offers
