Cloonbeg Cottages are two self-catering cottages situated 100m from the River Blackwater and just one mile from the scenic village of Ballyduff Upper in County Waterford.

These cottages are recently renovated and finished to a four star standard. The area is particularly renowed for its salmon, trout & coarse fishing. Fishing beats & ghillies can be arranged locally.

The nearby village boasts four pubs, an exellent restaurant and shops. Nearby attractions include Golf, Fishing, Horse riding, Country & River walks. Sea fishing is available at Dungarvan 30kms and Youghal 20kms.

The heritage town of Lismore is just 8kms away famous for its Castle and Gardens.Lismore also offers an 18 hole golf course, numerous pubs and an abundance of restaurants.

Sleeping
The cottage comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General
The cottage has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Entertainment
The cottage has television.

Eating & living
There is room for 7 in the living room and 7 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in these cottages.


General
The cottage is in a very quiet area. It has a north facing garden and interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking.
